The hotel was absolutely great with extremely friendly staff and a strategic location perfect to visit all the sights. The place had a family atmosphere. The services were good. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. We liked this stay.

Comfy and well-organised room, it had a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area.

The rooms are well-organized and come with cozy down and hypo-allergenic pillows for a good night's sleep. You can enjoy a great view from the room, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and even a bidet. the staff is helpful and they offer free wake-up calls and ironing service. 🛏️

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of our room at New Galata Istanbul Hotels. The bathroom was in excellent condition, and the towels and toiletries were replaced daily. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of the Golden Horn, especially at night. we would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in the center of everything and is close to the city center. it is conveniently located near the Şişhane metro station, which allows guests to easily reach all the places they wish to visit. Guests can expect a comfortable room and bathroom, with towels changed daily and great room service. the breakfast is delicious, and the stunning terrace offers a fabulous view.

Guests should not expect top-star hotel amenities, and some of the facilities in the room may need to be renovated.

We loved the spacious room with amazing views during breakfast. The hotel's location is perfect, near the Şişhane metro station, close to the city center, and in the center of everything. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Sinan and Sedat, who solved an issue quickly. The hotel was spotless.

We had a great time in this hotel! the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they gave us free breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and many tourist attractions. We especially loved the rooftop terrace, which had a stunning view and was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. the room was also very comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided.

The only negative aspect was the noise level. We could hear our neighbors and the street noise, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The view from the hotel was fantastic and the breakfast was gorgeous. The staff, including the manager, were friendly and helpful. I left feeling comfortable, safe, and completely satisfied with my stay. I will definitely be returning with my friends.
